SR - Plastic Mould Coil Spring For Mould Return Pin
This is a high quality, high deflection spring for plastic moulds, for mould return pins.
The maximum deflection is 60%. These springs are long life with 1,000,000 cycles at 50% deflection of free length. These springs are RoHS compliant and temperature tolerant from 120°C to -30°C.
Specification
High grade alloy spring steel.
Both ends closed and ground square to the axis.
All springs are compressed to solid to eliminate initial free length reduction.
Shot peened to reduce stress levels and improve working life.
