GN2404 Telescopic Linear Motion Bearing
These hardwearing linear motion bearings, GN 2404, are designed to telescope out for part of the rail length, and are ideal for storage drawers and sliding doors, or for jig making with travel in a linear direction. Rail and runner are equal in length. If the support screw is removed on both sides, the sliding distance extends the length of the rail plus an additional distance of slightly more than half the length of the rail.
Limiting the maximum stroke should be ensured by external elements; the supports of the rail have been designed to guard against the inadvertent extraction of the runner.
Specification
Rail/Runner - Heat-treatable steel ST, zinc plated, blue passivated.
Raceways - hardened.
Balls - Anti-friction bearing steel ST, hardened.
Ball cage - Steel ST, zinc plated.
