Product Description
GN2424 Cam Roller Carriage for Cam Roller Linear Guide Rails GN2422.
These roller carriages GN2424 are combined into roller guide systems together with rails GN2422. These space-saving units are suitable for carrying sliding doors or are used in mechanical engineering or jigmaking for the linear traversal of plant sections.
These systems feature high stability and quiet running at high traversal speeds. Depending on roller carriage type, these can be attached in axial or radial direction to the roller axes. Also depending on rail type, matching wipers are mounted, with type N featuring additional sealing lips in longitudinal direction.
Specification
Base body - Aluminium AL (Type N), Steel ST (Type R / Type S), zinc plated, blue passivated.
Rollers - Anti-friction bearing Steel ST, hardened. Ball mounted, sealed (2RS), permanent lubrication.
Wiper - Plastic (PUR) grey.
Steel insert - Zinc plated.
