GN516 Rotary Clamping Latch, Zinc Die Casting, Steel

These rotary clamping latches have a closing mechanism which transfers the rotary movement of the key into a 90° turn and then into a 6mm linear stroke.

This mechanism is designed for common applications such as making a tight and vibration-proof interlock in the end or retaining position, together with an elastic element (provided by the door casing or seal).

A range of 22 latches with different cranks covers latch distances (retaining zones) of between 17 and 63mm. If the measured retaining position lies between two latch distances A, the smaller size must be selected.

They are supplied loose.

Housing/Locking mechanism - Zinc die casting.

Locating ring - Plastic coated, black SW, RAL 9006, textured finish.

Latch - Steel ZD, zinc plated, bue passivated

All handles (type RG/KG/HG) - Plastic (Polyamid PA), black, matt.

Cover cap - Light grey, matt.
