GN5860 Load Ring, Lifting, Freely Rotating Ring, High Tensile Steel
These load rings use ball bearings to freely rotate. This allows the rotating ring to safely hold loads in any tensile direction.
The rated load bearing capacity is marked clearly on the load ring. It is valid for the most unfavourable case in terms of the types of load listed below. They comply with Machine Engineering Directive 2006/42/EG and are BG tested.
The integrated RFID transponder clearly marks and identifies the sling and lifting gear, for example, during the recomended regular inspection.

Eye ring - Steel ST, 1.6541, forged, high-tensile, tempered, 100% electro magnetic tensile tested to EN 1677, powder coated, pink.
Bearing case - Steel ST, 1.6541, forged, high-tensile, tempered, 100% electro magnetic tensile tested to EN 1677, zinc plated, blue passivated.
Screw - Steel ST, Tensile strength class 10.9 (1000 N/mm2) Finish: Delta Tone.
