Hand levers, also known as clamping handles, are a quick and easy to use clamping component. The operator simply lifts the lever, rotates it to the required location and releases. These cleverly designed levers have a serrated inset which disengages when lifted and re-engages when released, giving the operator complete control and allowing easy, accurate positioning, ideal when precise positioning is required. They are particularly useful where space is tight, and there is a choice of angled or straight handles which also helps in cases of limited access.
We stock a wide range of these useful levers, including tension levers, in a range of materials such as zinc diecast, stainless steel and reinforced plastic, and in various colours for easy identification. There is an extensive range of sizes, to fit all needs, and all hand levers are offered in male or female variants i.e. with tapped inserts or studs. We offer both hand levers and clamping levers, which includes such items as control levers, turret levers and tommy nuts & screws.
We offer push button variants and although most hand levers are designed to be pulled into place, we also offer some designs which push to engage. Our hand levers have ergonomic designs, which help to reduce fatigue and strain to the operator when used repeatedly or for a long period of time. For heavy duty applications, we offer a selection of steel and stainless steel adjustable levers with ball handles, in a large range of sizes and also a heavy duty variant of the standard clamping handle. We also stock top quality split hubs for gear levers, and quick release toggle nuts plus ratchet wrenches with interchangeable inserts.
Our priority is that all these parts are easy to use, and made from the best quality materials so that by being hardwearing and long lasting they are extremely good value and both comfortable and cost effective. Next day delivery is available on all in stock items.
