The handle in these handwheels is locked in a conical bore in the ope- rating position. For reversal, it must first be pulled from the cone in axial direction. A pressure spring holds the handle in both positions. When swung out, it automatically engages again. The cover conceals clamping elements, e.g. countershaft pulleys, as well as protruding and recessed shafts. For mounting, the cover is pushed in by hand. For dismantling, the cover can be raised and taken off by apply- ing moderate pressure in the rim of the cover. see also... • Countersunk Washers GN 184 (for Axial Fixing) → Page 1090 • Handwheels with Retractable Handle GN 521.3 (Plastic, Bushing / Retractable Mechanism Steel) → Page 260 • Handwheels with Retractable Handle GN 520.4 (Plastic, Duroplast) → Page 259 Information • Plastic Technopolymer (Polyamide PA) - - Glass fiber reinforced - - Temperature resistant up to 100 °C - - Black, matte finish • Hub bushing Steel, blackened • Cover plastic Black, matte finish • Retractable handles - - Plastic, Technopolymer Black, matte finish - - Retracting mechanism Steel, blackened • Keyway P9 DIN 6885 Page 1 → Page 2078 • Cross Holes GN 110 → Page 2080 • ISO Fundamental Tolerances → Page 2151 • Plastic Characteristics → Page 2158 • RoHS Specification 1 3 d 1 d 2 H7 Bore d 3 d 4 d 5 d 6 d 7 d 8 d 9 b h l 1 −0,5 l 2 −0,5 l 3 r Ø Handle 100 10 22 20 25   27 35 54 32 22 5,5 22 49 60 37 18 125 12 26 24 29   31 44 70 37 25 7   27 58 65 47 22 160 14 35 33 37   39 55 90 46 27 11   28 64 80 62 24 200 20 40 38 48,5 50 66 110 51 30 9   31 67 90 78 25
