NRS Nitro Roller with Ball

Nitro Roller NRS is a device that combines gas cylinder technology with sliding on a roller ball. It is an innovative device designed to perform multiple functions: it allows for the effortless movement of objects of any size and shape, acts as a counterbalance element for their weight, and can function as an extractor or height compensator. Due to its characteristics of high strength and small size, the Nitro Roller is suitable to work as an extractor or contrasting element in many mechanical applications

Nitro Roller is a linkable device, available in different loading pressures: this allows to achieve different force levels and therefore makes it suitable for every situation. Nitro Roller is compatible with various installation modes, making it easily integrable in the most diverse conditions. With Nitro Roller NRS, it is possible to realize connected systems with a control panel, which allow:

• Uniform load distribution
• Control of the pressure of the system
• The regulation of the contrast force

The product features OPAS (Over Pressure Active Safety), a safety mechanism that automatically and controllably releases gas in the event of overpressure. OPAS is the combination of a calibrated rupture septum with an exhaust milling on the bottom contact surface of the gas spring. Please note, OPAS is not on NRS115

This gas plunger represents a significant improvement in industrial applications, pushing beyond the limits of traditional wire spring plungers. Nitro Roller combines gas spring technology with ball motion, and by providing various load pressures, it adapts to a wide range of applications.
