Whilst we would usually love to visit to discuss your requirements, due to the COVID-19 restrictions and thanks to the wonders of modern technology, we can still help using video calls and would be happy to make an appointment, please contact us to do so. Des is part of our friendly sales team, having worked with us since 1988, and is one of your main contacts in sales.
He has vast experience in the industry, offering innovative answers to engineering problems, & working hard to find the best product for you. Des is an avid tennis player, and can be found at our local tennis courts in his spare time.
Based in our offices, you are likely to speak to Tony when you call us. He has many years of technical experience within the toolmaking industry, enabling him to help find the right solutions for your engineering problem.
Tony also regularly visits customers in the South East of England, in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire & Berkshire.
Ian has worked with us since 2011 & prior to working for Berger Tools had a strong production & sales background, working in engineering tool production for 30 years. This gives him the experience needed to fully understand your queries. Keenly interested in sport, in particular football & golf, he is one of your main contacts when you phone our sales team!
George is your point of contact if you need any assistance using our website and is competent with dealing with sales enquiries. In addition he deals with all aspects of HR.
George joined Berger, after working at BP for 8 years, working his way up to store manager. He is passionate about football and enjoys playing cricket.
Hazel helps keep our website up to date, processes our ever increasing web orders and looks after our marketing.
Hazel started her career as a hospitality manager for the head offices of Debenhams & Shell UK, and has also worked in accounts, travel and administration at the head offices of Shell International. She enjoys swimming, art, crochet and vintage Land Rovers!
Andy is our newest on the road sales contact.
If you are in Birmingham, Dudley, Hereford, Telford, Worcester, Walsall, Wolverhampton or the surrounding areas and would like to speak to him face to face, he would be happy to arrange to drop in and visit, just email or phone to let him know.
Mick is your contact if you are in the east of England, he covers areas including Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex, and as far west as Oxfordshire, Leicestershire & Northamptonshire.

David is your point of call for the North East region, covering Lincolnshire through to Newcastle.
He has City & Guilds, Crafts certificates in Precision Machining & Toolmaking and has been in the industry for 35 years. His favourite part of the job is finding solutions to complex requirements and building long term relationships with customers.
Gareth looks after our customers in Wales and the South West of England, from Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Dorset, through to Cornwall.

Jane pops into the office once a week, to help with catalogue requests, payments and general administration. She answers our phones, which keeps her busy!
In her spare time she loves walking her two dogs, and socialising. Another baking queen, she makes a truly legendary lemon drizzle!
Monika has been with us since 2008 and is a true multi tasker, looking after both purchase and sales ledger accounts. She is ready to help with any accounts queries you may have and is your contact if you need copies of invoices and statements etc. She enjoys cooking, and makes a great cupcake!
Ryan is in charge of purchasing and expediting your orders. To maintain Covid-19 safe distancing he is currently working with Ian in the Warehouse, assisting in the dispatch of orders. His experience since 2017 means he is well versed in our products, and is ideally placed to offer you the best possible option for your needs.
George has gained a great deal of product and process knowledge since working in our warehouse since October 2018.
As well as helping with marketing and product vidoes, he helps to make sure your orders arrive on time!
Billy is the latest recruit to our warehouse and stock management team.
With over 11 years managerial experience in a wide range of B2B and B2C products, including helping companies develop and maintain their e-commerce shopping experience, Billy is our newest assest!
Samantha has been working with the business ad hoc for many years. This year she has started full time and is learning our accounts system and helping with general administration.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, horse riding, playing stoolball and doing anything creative.
Denise qualified and gained experience within the Hotel industry before joining the family business in 1987. She is committed to ensuring that we provide quality products with technical expertise offered via our national sales team, offering a level of service that encourages you to return for future business by consistently meeting and satisfying your requirements.
Franz founded the company in 1977 having completed a 4 year Design Draughtsman Apprenticeship with a Machine Tool Company and an executive international sales position with Dayton Progess. He moved from Switzerland to marry his wife and fellow founder, Jo Berger. Semi retired he regularly pops in to aid the training of our newest team members.
Peter has worked for Berger Tools for many years, looking after our customers in the West Midlands area, which is now being handed over to Andy.
He is now using his invaluable engineering skills and knowledge checking and honing new catalogues and literature and providing technical advice. He is still available for a chat and has a wealth of information to share with you!
James has worked for Berger Tools since January 2000, covering North West England & Scotland. He is now offering technical advice as needed.
He is a time served press toolmaker with 22 years’ experience in the automotive component supply chain & white goods industry, working with AGA – RANGEMASTER & including 8 years as a Jig Borer.
