Our bending units are advanced solutions for sheet metal and steel processing, allowing simultaneous calibration and bending with exceptional precision. These units function as a metal forming unit, enabling the execution of various fold types such as under-square folds (with an angulation of less than 90 degrees), open folds (greater than 90 degrees), and larger radius bends while maintaining the requested tolerance angulation. Complex operations like “Z” open folds and double folds can also be performed efficiently on these folding units or integrated as a folding module.
Built with extremely strong materials, the product is wear- and compression-resistant, hardened, and surface-treated to significantly reduce friction. These precision roll bending units are patented systems, ideal for high-performance industrial applications.
