EP-A-NBL Ejector Pin Cylindrical Head according to DIN ISO 6751, DIN 1530
These cost effective nitrided & lapped ejector pins are ideal for use with pressured die cast tools.
Specification
Hot working tool steel 1.2343, 1.2344 or similar. Temperature resistance at least 600°C
Shaft: At least 950 HV 0.3 on surface. Core strength approx. 1400 N/mm2
Head: HRC 45 +10 / -5
Cylindrical head hot forged, shaft fine ground and nitrided.
Also available in nitrided and polished finish EP-A-NP.
Also available in a bath nitrided version, limited numbers from stock, and in Molybdenum sulfate at additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
