EMG Hydropneumatic Presses

The EMG hydropneumatic presses are industrial machine tools that develop significant power and high precision. A real technological tool, they are efficient and economical. Particularly adapted to riveting and bending of metals as well as stamping, pressing and punching, their power can reach 100 tons.

The hydropneumatic presses work only with a compressed air cylinder in a closed circuit. Economical and silent, our presses require little or no maintenance. They allow, compared to a manual press, a gain in speed, power and quality of execution.

This technology combines the advantages if both pneumatic and hydraulic systems, without any adverse effects.

All presses are delivered with an operating manual, EC conformity statement and drawings. They have the benefit of a one-year total warranty for parts, labour and travel as standard.
