• Slider - cast iron FGS 300 mounted on steel or bronze sliding rails, adjustable by screws.
• Bedplate - with holes and a central bore for fixing tools.
• Sliding rails - machined oil grooves for efficient lubrication.
• Shaft - hardened forged steel. Over-sulfinization after machining to reduce friction wear and tear. Running on lubricated rings.
• Fast stroke change.
• Centralised lubrication.
• Twin body solenoid valve - self controlled, with heavy duty silencers.
