These ejector sleeves, EPS-H, are used to guide & protect ejector pins, increasing their lifespan, and cost effectiveness. Suited to pressure die cast and injection moulds.

Specification

Material - WS Tool Steel

Shaft HRC 60 ± 2

Head HRC 45 + 10 / - 5

Head hot forged, shaft hardened, tempered and fine ground.
