MPL's are a standard steel plate ST37 that come in a silver powder-coated finish similar to RAL9006

Using the mounting plate ensures that the load footprint covers the entire (projected) surface of the Effbe levelmount SLM element, and is therefore centered. This system avoids any undesirable internal forces on the pneumatic springs, allowing the design load to be supported in complete safety
