GN953 (DD52R) Five Number Direct Drive Digital Position Indicator
These position indicators have a direct coupled drive with a digital indication.
The two body parts are ultrasonically welded, therefore the housing is particularly sturdy and compact. They are a cost effective choice.
The foam rubber seal prevents the transmission of vibration to the counter mechanism and also has sealing properties.
The read out window is cleverly designed. The numbers are easily legible and they are further enlarged by the magnifying effect of the safety sight glass.
The fractions are in red and the last decimal is shown in ten line segments. Five digits are shown.
Housing - Plastic (Polyamide PA). Orange OR RAL 2004, grey GR RAL 7035. Temperature resistant up to 80° C, oil and solvent resistant.
Counter - 5 digits, maximum 9999.9 Figures in white, number wheels for integers in black, and for fractions in red.
Hollow shaft - Steel, blackened.
Grub screw DIN916 with internal hexagon and with serrated point.
Also available on request - version with stainless steel hollow shaft, versions with other counter indication.
Accessories include GN931.1 spacer plates, GN953.6 clamping plates and GN491.1 installation kits for use with linear actuators GN491 & GN492. When using installation kits, position indicators must be ordered so that the counter is aligned with the rising of the trapezoidal thread spindle.
