Our manufacturing suppliers are now all operational, working to local government guidelines.

If you have an order that is for a critical service related to the fight against COVID-19 please advise us of this so we can prioritise your order. 

We will confirm all orders with anticipated dispatch dates, please advise if these dates are not acceptable and we will aim to improve or offer a suitable alternative.

Delivery times may vary from those stated on the website. If you would like to confirm delivery prior to ordering, please place items in your basket as normal, then contact us either by phone, email or online chat, with your Order ID (shown on the basket page). We can then advise you on delivery times, or recommend alternative products. Stock items will not be affected and will be shipped as normal.

To our valued employees, customers, suppliers, and friends,

Further to the Government’s announcement 23/03/20 regarding restrictions on all non-essential business travel; we confirm that Berger Tools, a member of PPMA, has customers in the pharmaceutical, medical, construction, and food supply chain industries and as such we will be remaining open for business. We will continue to operate all business functions with reduced on-site personnel.

We appreciate the efforts of all our employees and suppliers for their work during this crisis and continue to make their health and safety, as well as that of the community at large, our top priority.

Berger Tools Ltd continues to closely monitor the development of Covid-19 in the UK & Worldwide. As always our top priorities remain the welfare of our employees & business partners whilst maintaining a high level of service to support our customers.

Measures have been applied which ensure our employees either have the necessary technology to work from home, whilst retaining enough, working with minimal contact, on site to keep business running as normal. Our processes which are ISO9001 certified, mean you can be confident that you will receive the same service from us no matter where our teams are working from.

We would like to reassure you that a business continuity plan has been put in place and that all the necessary measures have been taken to monitor, record and dispatch your orders, within the limitations of stock availability and with all the precautions to protect our employees. In addition, we are committed to keeping our customers updated on their orders but should you become concerned about an updated lead-time due to Covid-19 please contact our sales team to check if there is any improvement or alternative option we can offer.

We will keep customers up to date on our field sales representatives visits, which currently are limited to remote contact unless they are considered to be business critical.

We continue to work closely with our supply chain to ensure that they have equivalent plans in place and clear visibility of any potential challenges. Latest service alerts and restrictions from our preferred courier service UPS can be found here but as of 18/03/20 UPS continue to operate a regular service with no limitation applying to the movement of goods.

Lastly – and we won’t list all our policies and measures here – please rest assured that our robust systems and processes will enable us to continue supporting our customers throughout this crisis
