EP-FA-H4 Flat Ejector Pin, with 4 Corner Radii, DIN 1530FAH

An important quality feature of these ejector pins is the contour tolerance of the shape. Imprecision can cause adaption problems and flashing. Our production method uses a special surface grinding system. Due to this technology, the flat is within a tight range of tolerance in terms of dimension and shape, as is the production of corner radius. The production of the radius with a plus tolerance excludes a clutch, and due to the consistent and tight contour tolerance of under 0.01mm flashing can be avoided.

These ejector pins are suited to pressure die cast and injection mould.

Variable corner radius available and special dimensions available on request


Head hot forged with hardened shaft, tempered and fine ground to g6.

WS = Tool Steel 1.2210 & 1.2067 or similar

Shaft: HRC 60 ± 2

Head: HRC 45 ± 5

Can be supplied with DLC treatment on request.
