GN927.2 Clamping Lever With Eccentrical Cam
These clamping levers, GN 927.2, are used for rapid clamping and releasing operations. Unlike clamping operation via a thread, these levers allow torque-free clamping.
The lever has been designed to ensure that its movement cannot exceed the maximum clamping force.
There are no loose components since GN927.2 clamping levers are fully assembled.
To achieve maximum clamping force, the clamping surface is lightly greased and should be relubricated as required.
Type A has additional benefits in that the distance between the eccentrical cam and the contact surface is adjustable by means of a fine pitch thread. This allows the maximum clamping force to be easily set and adjusted as needed. In addition this also allows the choice of the preferred lever position in relation to the clamping lever pin.
