GN353 Buffer, Dome, Steel with Internal Thread or Screw

Buffers GN 353 are used as end-stop buffers, e.g. for conveyor trolleys.

They absorb most of the kinetic energy developing on impact. They act as dampers and prevent damaging shock and rebound. They also act as sound dampers.

The parabolic shape of these buffers generates progressive resilience characteristics: impact and shock effects are also absorbed easily.

Natural rubber (NR), black, vulcanized to the cover plates, temperature resistant up to 80 °C

Hardness Shore A ±5 soft 40, medium 55, hard 70

Cover plates, threaded bushings, threaded studs - Steel, zinc-plated, blue passivated.
