Product Description
GN954 (DD51R) Four Number Direct Drive Digital Position Indicator
These GN 954 position indicators are fitted with a direct drive counter with a digital readout.
The two body parts are ultrasonically welded, making the housing particularly sturdy and compact. They are a cost-effective choice.
The foam rubber seal prevents vibration transmission to the counter mechanism and has sealing properties.
The read-out window is cleverly designed. The numbers are easily legible, and the magnifying effect of the safety sight glass further enlarges them. The fractions are in red, and four digits are shown.
Specification
- Housing - Plastic Technopolymer (Polyamide PA). Temperature resistant up to 80°C, oil and solvent resistant.
- Orange OR RAL 2004.
- Grey GR RAL 7035.
- Counter - 4 digits, maximum 999.9 Figures in white, number wheels for integers in black, and for fractions in red.
- Hollow shaft - Steel, blackened.
- Grub screw DIN916 - With internal hexagon and with serrated point.
Accessories
Accessories include GN954.1 spacer plates, GN954.6 clamping plates, GN954.3 hand knobs and GN491.1 installation kits for use with linear actuators GN491 & GN492. When using installation kits, position indicators must be ordered so that the counter is aligned with the rising of the trapezoidal thread spindle.
On Request
Hollow shaft in Stainless Steel. Position indicators GN 954 with locking lever to prevent accidental change.
