Breather Filters / Breather Valves

Breather filters and breather or exhaust valves are used to equalize volume or pressure between the interior of industrial tank housing or containers and their surroundings. Optionally, additional filters provide a straining mechanism with membranes to prevent certain media or particles from crossing the barrier.

There is a full range of these breather strainers and other accessories such as flow indicators, fittings and mounting nuts for hydraulic components. Options include ATEX type breather caps, for use in explosion risk environments, and those with dipsticks and splash guards. There are double breather caps, with anti vandalism features. Materials include plastic, brass, aluminium, steel and stainless steel.
